Collaboration on the Film

Steps of Collaboration: Your Personalized Journey

The creation of your family documentary is a guided, step-by-step process where your vision and feedback are essential. We ensure a transparent collaboration from the first contact through to final delivery.

Phase 1: Planning and Agreement

Initial Consultation & Concept: We connect via email or online chat to discuss your vision, identify the main character, and outline the key elements the documentary should include.
Detailed Information Gathering: I will send you a detailed digital form to collect essential information about your family history and your specific expectations for the final film.
Client Material Submission: Please share any existing materials—family trees, photographs, old documents, or letters. The richer the initial information, the more authentic and accurate the final documentary will be.
Preliminary Archival Assessment: Based on the provided data, I conduct initial research to validate key facts, find initial register records, and identify the essential historical locations for the narrative. I then prepare a detailed Story Concept Proposal.
Fixed Pricing & Project Agreement We finalize the film's parameters, including lineage, scope, and duration. I then prepare an Order Form with a transparent, fixed, all-inclusive price and a guaranteed timeframe. Once the conditions are agreed upon, we sign the agreement, and the production formally begins.

Phase 2: Production and Approval

During the core research and production stages, we maintain regular contact. Your approval is mandatory for key stages to ensure the film meets your vision.

Key Client Approval Points:

Script Finalization: Approval of the complete, translated narration script.
Voice Selection: Choice and approval of the professional voiceover talent/synthesis.
Location Focus: Agreement on the most important locations to be filmed.
